What I’ve Learned After 21 Days of Meditation

It’s a fairly common understanding that it takes 21 days to form a habit. If that’s the case, then I think I’ve started forming an incredibly beneficial one: meditating.

Even though I enjoy daily reflection and “stopping” my day by journaling, I wasn’t too eager to begin the process of meditation.
